Accessibility Statement
NewCura wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website. We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Conformance status
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet it; see Known limitations.
What we do
- Build with semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page.
- Make all features usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label every form field.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast and text that can be resized and reflowed without losing content.
- Provide controls to pause moving content. Our product videos have no spoken audio, so captions are not needed; we are adding text descriptions.
- Avoid content that flashes.
- Include accessibility checks in our design and release process: an automated axe-core check runs on every site update against key pages, targeting WCAG 2.2 AA, and our design system is built to meet AA color contrast.
How we assess
We use automated testing (axe-core) on every site update. We have not yet had an independent audit.
Known limitations
We know of these limitations:
- Demo scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings, a third-party page we don't control. If you have trouble using it, call us or email us and we'll book your demo directly.
- PDFs and older documents (sales sheets, white papers, legacy blog posts) may not be fully accessible. Ask us for an accessible version.
- Videos. Our product videos have no spoken audio. We are adding text descriptions, and we don't yet provide audio description.
- Embedded map. The Google Maps embed on our Contact page is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. Our address is also shown as text.
- Form spam protection. The Cloudflare Turnstile check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare. If it blocks you, call or email us.
- Tables. Some tables have header cells that are not yet fully marked up.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
