Moving to NewCura from a legacy endoscopy system

If your department runs an older endoscopy imaging or reporting system, there's a path to NewCura. Our team has experience helping departments move years of procedure history off legacy systems and into EndoManager®, so your physicians and staff can keep finding prior reports and images after go-live.

We work with departments moving from many legacy vendors, including endoPRO® and EndoWorks® (the earlier Olympus documentation system).

How a move to NewCura works

  1. Discovery. We talk through what your current system holds: procedure reports, images and video, and the patient and procedure details that tie them together. We also look at how your EHR, PACS or VNA receive data today.
  2. Plan the move. Together we decide what comes over, how it should be organized in EndoManager, and how historical records stay linked to the right patients and procedures.
  3. Test it. We run test loads in a test environment so your team can check records before anything goes live.
  4. Go live. EndoManager goes live with your integrations in place, and your historical data is available where your staff expect it.
  5. Support after go-live. Real people at NewCura answer the phone when you have questions.

Every migration is scoped to your systems and data. Your NewCura team confirms what's possible for your site during discovery.

Frequently asked questions

Can NewCura move data from our current endoscopy system?

NewCura has experience assisting with data migration from legacy endoscopy systems. What can be moved depends on your system and data, and your NewCura team confirms it during discovery.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. Many departments start with one product, such as image capture or reporting, and add more later. We'll plan an order that fits your department.

Will our EHR integration keep working?

EndoManager connects to your EHR, PACS or VNA using standard HL7 and DICOM interfaces. See Integrations for details.

Compatibility depends on equipment model, software version, and site configuration. Listings and workflow diagrams are for planning only. Your NewCura team confirms every workflow before quoting.
