Your Privacy Choices
NewCura does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies, and we use no advertising trackers.
Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing you need to switch off today. This page explains the choices you have anyway, and how we'll respect them if our practices ever change.
Notice of right to opt out of sale or sharing (California and other states)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and the privacy laws of other states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, you have the right to opt out of:
- the sale of your personal information;
- sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (California);
- processing for targeted advertising; and
- profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
NewCura does none of these. If that ever changes, we will update our Privacy Policy and this page before the change takes effect, and any opt-out you have already given us, including through Global Privacy Control, will continue to apply.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information (and of targeted advertising, where state law provides that right) for the browser or device sending the signal. We also treat it as rejecting analytics cookies, so Google Analytics does not load. You don't need to log in or fill anything in.
If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as rejecting analytics cookies, and we won't record marketing consent from a form you submit.
GPC is available in some browsers and through browser extensions. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org (opens in a new tab).
Other choices
- Marketing email. We only send marketing email if you opt in. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email privacy@newcura.com, to stop.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 only if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as "Reject". You can also install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab)).
- Sensitive personal information. We don't collect sensitive personal information through the Site, so there is nothing to limit.
Make a privacy request
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, or tell us you want to opt out (even though we don't sell or share).
- Email: privacy@newcura.com
- Mail: Summit Imaging, Inc. d/b/a NewCura, Attn: Privacy, 200 Unity Cir, Suite A, Lee's Summit, MO 64086
Opt-out requests don't need identity verification. For access, correction and deletion requests, we'll verify your identity by confirming that you control the email address on file. You can use an authorized agent. We won't discriminate or retaliate against you for using any of these rights.
If we decline your request, you can appeal; see section 9.2 of our Privacy Policy.
